Not less than sixty-five houses were razed by fire in Barangay VII, Roxas City, on Tuesday afternoon, February 27.
The fire immediately spread to other houses made of light materials.
The members of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and other fire brigade volunteers had difficulty penetrating the area because of the narrow passageways.
