Ed was also the head of the Capiz Provincial Press Bureau for two governors. He was the head of the press bureau when they won as the best information office of an LGU in Western Visayas for the first time ever. He is a public relations practitioner and a media relations expert. He is now a successful businessman but has retained his love for writing.
