Provision of Sustainable Livelihood Program Interventions to BP2 Program Participants.

From February 28 to March 1, 2023, the Regional DSWD together with the MSWDO conducted a 2-day evaluation/ assessment on the list of eligible participants of the BP2 held at Training Hall, Tapaz Government Center.
“Mabuligan ang mga nagpululi nga maka-establisyar sang ila nga bag-o nga pangabuhian,” part of the message of Josie Cambel, RSW, head of the MSWDO of the LGU Tapaz during the 1st day of the assessment.
The eligible participants are those whose livelihood/ employment was affected during the pandemic, specifically those who previously worked outside Western Visayas but within the Philippines.
Together with the LGU Tapaz headed by Mayor Roberto Palomar, the DSWD is geared towards the provision of social protection services, especially during the pandemic.
The said two-day assessment was conducted by DSWD Region 6 personnel Micah Danielle Villanueva, SWO III and Kyle Angieli Paghasaian SWO II.
