This April 13 to May 1, 2023, the Provincial Government of Capiz under the leadership of Gov. Fredenil H. Castro, is holding the Capiztahan 2023 in celebration of the 122nd Founding Anniversary of the Civil Government of Capiz since its establishment in 1901 through Act No. 115 entitled, “An Act Extending the Provisions of the Provincial Government Act to the Province of Capiz.”.

Let us all together celebrate the bounty of our province’s land and seas, the richness of our culture and heritage, and the creativity, artistry and oneness of our people who are at the very heart of our celebration.❤️
