Positive sa red tide ang Sapian Bay (Ivisan kag Sapian), coastal waters sang Roxas City, Panay, President Roxas kag Pilar sang nakolekta nga mga samples nga may mataas nga toxic level. Ito ang ginpahayag ni Mr. Edwin Javier, Provincial Director sang BFAR-Capiz, sa isang interview sa Bombo Radyo.

Base sa pinakabagong Shellfish Bulletin No. 25 Series of 2022 na nilabas ng ahensya, hindi pa ligtas kainin ang mga panginhason, lalo na sa mga apektadong lugar. Hinikayat din ni Javier ang publiko na iwasan ang pag-harvest at pagbebenta ng mga panginhason dahil sa potensyal na pinsala sa katawan kung kakainin ito ng isang tao. Ito ay sumusunod sa mga ulat tungkol sa ilegal na pagbebenta ng mga panginhason sa lalawigan ng Iloilo, na alegasyon na galing sa Capiz ang mga produkto.
