A plaque of appreciation was given to Hon. Roberto O. Palomar for being an active partner of the 301st Infantry Brigade in the conduct of peace and development efforts in Panay Island held last March 3, 2023, at Dingle, Iloilo.
BGen Marion R Sison was the Guest of Honor and speaker during the said activity.
