Starting March 1, 2023, consumers can expect a significant decrease in the prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) products, as announced by leading firms Petron and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines. In line with this, Petron and Phoenix will lower their LPG rates by P3.50 per kilogram, while auto LPG prices will decrease by P1.95 per liter. Solane, on the other hand, will implement a price cut of P3.45 per kilogram for its LPG products.

According to Petron, the price adjustments are due to the international contract price of LPG for the month of March. The advisories were released on Monday, giving consumers a heads up on the forthcoming price reductions.
